Snowmobiles are required to be registered pursuant to the SK Snowmobiles Act. Registration insures the owner and operator against third party liability for amounts up to $200,000.00; however, it does not include physical damage coverage to the snowmobile itself and there are no personal injury benefits payable under either Part II (tort election coverage) or Part VIII (the "no fault" provisions) of the AAIA.
